This information may also be requested by any officer of the company, or relevant staff member of the server, subsequent to the whitelisting process, should any reasonable doubt occur that the individual is aged under 16.

Any game related, or Discord related support requests, are to be raised through the Discord ticket system. Emails to the below inbox are intended for personal information related requests, of which only officers of the company, aged 18+ are permitted to access, with relevant justification.
