While law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services are typically staffed by other players, Civs often provide crucial assistance or engage in actions that either hinder or help these services. This creates a more realistic and immersive experience, as Civs can either be victims, witnesses, or even those responsible for emergencies, all of which require immediate attention from these first responders.

Civs in LSHS Emergencies

Civs play an important role in LSHS emergencies. In many situations, Civs are the first to encounter accidents or crimes and can immediately call emergency services to provide aid. They may witness a car crash, a shooting, or an overdose and are often responsible for notifying the medical teams, sometimes even providing basic first aid if they have the necessary skills or equipment. While Civs cannot directly perform medical procedures unless trained as paramedics, their swift action in alerting the right services and giving the necessary information can make a significant difference in saving lives.

Civs and the LSFB

For Los Santos Fire Brigade , Civs might inadvertently or intentionally create situations that require firefighters to intervene. Car accidents, gas leaks, or even accidental fires caused by explosions or collisions are scenarios where Civs can be involved, whether as victims or bystanders.
